Guiding:

This is your day on the river and will be tailored to your own particular needs for the day. It may be a one to one day or I may be looking after your guests while you enjoy some quiet fishing on your own. I will cover safety, rules of the beat, river etiquette, rod selection, leaders, dry fly technique, fly identification, nymph fishing, essential river craft skills and correct casting methods for dealing with the wind, current & obstacles. Most important is the correct presentation of the fly and selecting the right fly in the first place!

2011 prices from April to October:

1 hour: £40
2 hours: £65
1-1 private tuition stillwater full day: £175
1-1 Guiding River: £195

Prices cover all tackle, insurance, EA license for the day.

Please add £50 for each extra adult (max 4) , children (max 2)

1/2 day is 4 hours, a full day is 8 hours with a 1 hour break for lunch.

The price of the fishery is not included in the above costs.
