Suggestions and complaints

All suggestions or concerns about the fishing, fishery or the Company, and any proposals for changes in the rules of conduct or regulations, should be made, preferably by letter or email, to the fishery manager, the relevant day representative on the Advisory Committee or to the chairman of the Advisory Committee. Complaints of a serious nature should always be made to the chairman of the Committee. Depending on the subject matter, serious issues may be referred to the Advisory Committee or to the board of directors of the Company. Proposed changes to the rules of conduct or regulations will normally be discussed at a Syndicate AGM before being implemented.
