Disagreements
In the event of any disagreement arising between members, or between members and the fishery manager, in relation to the interpretation of the fishery rules of conduct or regulations or the manner in which a member is exercising his rights, the disagreement shall be referred to the chairman of the Advisory Committee. If he is unable to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the parties concerned, the matter shall be conclusively determined by the directors of the Company acting as experts and not arbitrators.
